Established in 1992, Ansini is a highly successful business driven by the most demanding industry standards and lean practice procedures. Although we are a recognised specialist in vacuum forming and thermoplastic moulding, we also provide a range of other plastic manufacturing services, all of which can be provided on a subcontract basis or as a ‘total solution’ assembly.
Ansini re-located into the Business Park in 1998, after it was re-opened in 1998 as part of a regeneration programme that was introduced after the former Cotton Mill had been closed in 1987. The original Mill dates back to 1847.

As our core areas of activity are in the automotive and aerospace sectors, we apply the strict quality standards inherent within these industries across our entire business. That doesn’t just mean ISO certification, but adherence and a commitment to the whole concept of lean manufacturing. As Ansini is an integral and valued part of the ASG Group of Companies, we are able to draw on a number of other key capabilities if your project requires it, including CNC tube bending, laser cutting and plastic injection moulding.
From single moulded parts and trimmed components to complex kits, the scope of Ansini’s operational capability is broad. With expertise in all aspects of plastics production – from concept and tooling design to plastic manufacturing and product testing and assembly – they offer customers total control over cost, timings and quality.
They are also specialists in the manufacturer of cold seal blister packaging, clam packs, shelf-ready packaging and other forms of plastic closure.
Ansini is able to fully assemble kits and expertly finish parts using a range of techniques, which have been developed and refined over many years. But they don’t stop at the product finishing stage, as they can then package parts and assemblies Ansini also has logistical knowhow and can arrange for packages and kits to be dispatched around the world.
