Ansini have wide ranging experience in the design, development and procurement of prototype tooling, moulding and router tools, assembly jigs and fixtures for a complete design and manufacturing solution.

This includes 5 Axis CNC router tooling, enabling complex routering and greater design creativity for improved product design and finishing.

Using customer designs Ansini can produce inhouse prototype tooling and Jigs for the initial development of vacuum formed mouldings and CNC trimmed product.

Main tooling options include:

  • MDF - very low volume and prototyping.
  • Resin - for low to medium volume.
  • Aluminium - high volume and complex applications.

Also available are more specialist tooling including water cooled solutions, but for best practice these are sourced from our highly experienced partners.
